Shipping and Returns
1. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after purchase. This means carefully preparing the package contents for delivery to the shipping company. Orders arrive within 24-48 hours on business days. Orders are normally shipped by Correos.

3. If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, no address changes can be made.
4. Orders will be sent to their destination through our own shipping or delivery company, usually Correos. Therefore, we will require all the necessary information to ensure that the shipment reaches its destination (recipient name, address, postal code, etc.).
5. MonMart reserves the right to change delivery times on special occasions (Christmas, Black Friday, (the month of August and other holidays) and busy weeks. We still do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
6. Shipping costs do not include any customs clearance fees that may apply depending on the delivery address.
7. MonMart does not accept exchanges or returns for hygiene reasons.
